It looks that something is wrong in settings of router - for example IP of Radius, password between radius and Mikrobill...

Hi Matt, it depends on start date of service. If you activate customer for example 25.11, date when service begins is 25.11, then 1st of December customer will receive invoice for December + 5 days from November.
You can define this "start date" in services of each user.

    Hi Matt, exactly.
Our software is fully integrated with QuickBooks - so payments and all accounting things are made in QuickBooks, mikrobill just check payments every 5 minutes and if invoice generated by mikrobill was paid, it's marked as paid.

In case you don't use QB - we will add paypal soon

    regards,
    Alex

You will need to enable Incoming connections in Mikrotik Radius settings and you will be able to block users directly from MikroBill.

In your case it was a problem with IP of customer. He received fake IP address everytime 10.255.x.x..
Simple queue - go to Mikrobill's Global Settings -> Radius and enable "Custom attributes" there.
Wait for 5 mins, radius module will be restarted and then try to login as Hotspot user

Hi first of all - you need to define what IPs will be used for customers. All of your customers received fake IPs from pools 10.255.x.x.
So in step 1 - define IP pool 10.0.0.0/20 for example in IP addresses
Step 2 - put IP to customer (in this case I put any Ip from pools).

and last step is to configure hotspot router
