    puedo guardar y despues montar nuevamente mi lista de clientes en otro servidor mikrobill o en el mismo si en caso tengo que reinstalar el sistema???

    in my.mikrobill.com click upgrade mikrobill and pay for license and support ...
    and we make for you full backup every 4 hours.

    pero en que formato me acepta guardar los documentos por ejemplo puedo guardarlo en .doc y .jpg
