    you can easily run mikrobill on VPS like digitalocean.com for 5$ a month. Mikrobill has ppp plugin so you can make vpn connection to your core router and then mikrobill will be able to access all routers in your network even if they have internal ip adresses.

    Hello! in features list there is Voip module. can you provide more information, how does it work? does Mikrobill does some call routing and billing, or it is able to integrate with another voip billing platform like astpp for freeswitch, or kolmisoft MOR for asterisk?
